Meet Mama Eva, a sweet, sensitive soul with huge, irresistible eyes and the cutest little bleps who is officially ready to start her next chapter!

We can only assume Eva spent most of her life outdoors, living as a stray and simply trying to survive. She has likely mothered many litters, with her most recent litter of six being her absolute last. After spending so long in survival mode, she is finally learning that she no longer has to be on high alert. In fact, she’s been an absolute superstar of a mother, honestly one of the best mama cats we’ve ever had in rescue and now it is her turn to feel safe, pampered, and loved.

Eva is incredibly sweet and will deeply bond with her person, but she needs a little time and patience to feel comfortable. Sudden movements and loud noises can still startle her, so she would thrive best in a quiet, calm home without children. While a quiet, respectful dog or mature cat might be okay with a proper introduction, a mature couple or solo owner would be her absolute dream match!

During the day, Eva loves sitting by the window bird-watching, getting gentle head rubs, and quietly taking in the world around her. She isn't asking for much, just a peaceful place and someone patient enough to let her come out of her shell at her own pace. And if you're looking for the way to her heart? It’s 100% through squeeze tubes! Once she trusts you, you’ll have a devoted little shadow who knows exactly where the treats are kept.

Eva is a happy, healthy girl who is FIV/FeLV negative, fully vaccinated (FVRCP, Rabies, and FeLV), microchipped, and up to date on all deworming and flea/tick preventatives. She will be getting spayed in a couple of weeks, after which she’ll be fully ready to head to her forever family.
