Rosie
Rosie came into our care in February after being surrendered by her previous owner, who could no longer manage her medical needs. She had recently been diagnosed with diabetes, which understandably can be difficult to manage, especially in the beginning. Since arriving, we've been working hard to get her health back on track.

Her diabetes is now under control, and her skin has been healing beautifully. Rosie was quite matted when she came to us, and much of her hair had fallen out—but now her coat is coming back in nicely, and she’s looking more like her lovely self every day. Don't mind her bed head - rosie prefers it that way,, she loves to roll around in the dirt!

Through all this, Rosie has been such a character, and we’ve been getting to know her sweet n sassy personality along the way.

Since arriving into our care, Rosie's health has experience new hiccups. A mass developed inside her mouth so we had that removed, along with 8 teeth and she had a dental cleaning then too. Recently her cataracts have fully taken over and she is now 100% blind. The onset blindness is truly what made us decide that it wouldn't be fair to move Rosie again to a new home, so we decided that she will remain in her foster home as apart of our "Forever Foster" family.

We’re asking for your support caring for Rosie. Every little bit helps, and your generosity will go directly toward giving this lovely senior the comfort and care she deserves.

Rosie is doing great otherwise and is really such a silly, awesome little dog with a big spirit.

If you’re able to donate, no matter the amount, it would mean the world to Rosie and to us. And if you can’t give at this time, sharing her story is just as powerful.
